POSTPARTUM & PERINATAL
If you are here, I want you to know this: you deserve support.
You do not need to have a formal diagnosis or severe symptoms to deserve support. If you are a new parent or are going through a major transition in your life like pregnancy and new parenthood, you deserve support.
Christina Blaisdell is a former labor doula and childbirth educator with training in working with families and individuals experiencing postpartum and perinatal mental health challenges, as well as with those who experienced childhood sexual abuse and are considering pregnancy or birth. Please feel free to contact Christina for more information. For more information on Christina, visit her page here.

If you or someone you know needs support, feels unprepared or mistaken in taking on the task of parenting, remember...
postpartum and perinatal disorders are treatable,
they pass with treatment, support and time, and
they do not reflect your ability to be a great parent.
You are here, and that speaks to your ability to persevere and find what you need. Feel free to give us a call or send us an email.
