"If we listen for the unstoried tales of Power & Beauty from the people we work with, and then speak what we hear, such beautiful things can happen."

Growing up in a diverse family, I found myself drawing meaning and values from many places. I was taught to see beauty and strength in the midst of great difficulty. A tree growing from a stone is as beautiful to me as murals in impoverished neighborhoods and the strengths of those creating and loving in lives full of struggles. People seeking support or change should have a place they are welcome to bring their issues, needs, fears and dreams. I'm here to help with relationships, self esteem, spirituality, integrated well being, school, work, transitions, loss, behaviors, parenting, and other issues.

I use an integrative approach to meet your unique needs in therapy. I offer narrative, play and depth psychotherapy and multicultural approaches. I work with adults, children, adolescents, parents, partners, families, and LGBTQ+ clients. Together we can explore the strengths hidden beneath your struggles and breathe life into the story you would prefer to live for.

I am here to support your new chapters and help to revision your past ones. I want for you to feel that you are the author of your story, determining how your experiences impact you and having greater mastery over how you impact your life. Together we can face your problems and find new ways of moving through your life and relationships.
